Warehouse Employee (Lagermedarbetare)

Are You a Proactive Warehouse employee?
As part of scaling up our operations and meeting increased production demand, we are now looking to welcome a new colleague to our warehouse team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth material flow to production by handling goods, inventory, and warehouse operations with a strong focus on accuracy, structure, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do

Receive, register, and store incoming goods, including machine parts and raw materials used in our solar panel production


Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts and system follow-up


Pick, prepare, and stage components for production and assembly


Manage inbound and outbound material flows


Report inventory movements and transactions in our ERP system Monitor


Work in Monitor ERP and contribute to maintaining high data quality and structured system usage


Support daily operations and participate in continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes


What You Bring to the Role

Experience from warehouse, logistics, or production-related environments


Ability to work independently, take ownership, and follow processes


Strong organizational skills with attention to detail


Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment


Comfortable working with digital tools and ERP systems


Fluency in English, both spoken and written


Nice to Have

Experience working in Monitor ERP, SAP, or similar ERP systems


Valid forklift license


Knowledge of Swedish is considered a strong merit
