Top Tee Greenkeeping is seeking a motivated and reliable Seasonal Greenkeeper / Golf Course Labourer to join our team for the upcoming golf season on one of our 19 Golf Courses in the Stockholm area.
About the Role
As a Seasonal Greenkeeper, you will play an important role in the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of high-quality golf courses. This is a hands-on, outdoor position suited to someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in maintaining excellent playing conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough


Bunker maintenance and raking


General course maintenance and landscaping


Use and basic care of greenkeeping machinery


Assisting with course setup and presentation


Working as part of a team to maintain high standards

Requirements
Positive work ethic and willingness to learn


Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions


Physically fit and capable of manual labour


Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented


Previous greenkeeping or landscaping experience is an advantage, but not essential


Valid driving licence is a plus
