Polish-Speaking Traffic Coordinator

Are you fluent in Polish and do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We are looking for a Transport Coordinator / Traffic Planner to join a large international company in Landskrona. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential. What matters most is that you are driven, structured, and eager to grow into the role.
About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment, initially lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the company. There are very good opportunities for the assignment to be extended or for you to be offered permanent employment with the company in the future.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on transports, as well as managing any issues or deviations that arise along the way. You will work proactively to ensure reliable deliveries and a positive customer experience.
Examples of responsibilities:

Plan, book, and coordinate transports


Maintain daily contact with drivers, freight forwarders, and customers


Manage and resolve issues and deviations within the transport chain


Develop and adapt solutions based on customers’ needs


Ensure efficient deliveries from start to finish

Education, experience, and personal qualities
Very good command of English, both spoken and written


Fluency in Polish is a requirement, both spoken and written


Previous experience in the transport or logistics industry is an advantage


To thrive in this role, you are structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You are able to prioritize effectively, manage several tasks simultaneously, and create structure in a dynamic day-to-day setting.
You are also communicative and find it easy to build relationships, both internally and externally. You are service-minded, collaborative, and naturally driven to find solutions and move things forward.
You do not need extensive experience within transport or logistics. The most important thing is that you speak Polish fluently, are structured and communicative, and are motivated to develop in an operational role with frequent contact with drivers and colleagues.
