Junior Clay Modeller

Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Clay Modeller to support design programs through the development of physical models. This entry-level role focuses on learning professional craftsmanship within a studio environment. You will assist in creating and refining interior and exterior models, working from digital data, sketches, and design direction.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare clay, armatures, and model setups.
Assist with basic surface development and model maintenance for reviews.
Support 3D scanning, CNC milling, and finishing processes.
Collaborate with designers, digital modelers, and engineers to ensure design intent is accurate.

Qualifications and Experience
Relevant training or initial professional experience in clay modelling.
Basic understanding of industrial or automotive design studio processes.
Familiarity with digital-to-physical workflows.
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to follow technical guidance for scanning and milling preparation.
